I have a sikky also. I think all the rears are solid, since they all come in around 20mm or less. All the aftermarket fronts seem to be in the 30mm neighborhood, so they probably are all hollow.

Oops! Guess I was just a bit wrong!

If anyone has these Cusco Front/Rear sway bars installed (hopefully for an IS250) can you please share a review?

On the Cusco website it shows how much stiffer the front and rear bar is compared to the stock sway bars. Surprisingly the IS250 and IS350 have different stiffness ratings over stock so the Cusco bars are not universal to ISx50 but to either the IS250 or IS350.

have a look at post 839 in the fstport sway bar thread
250 and 350 have the same spec front/rear if RWD. Only different if AWD. So cusco's stiffness is correct for either 250 or 350 using the same part for each car.
I expect they sell the same parts even if AWD. You'll have to ask them.

There is some conflicting info on the stiffness of fsport vs. 350 or 250, so some of it is wrong.
From memory, as long as we are talking RWD, f-sport rear is 150% stiffer than stock, front is 46% stiffer than stock (or thereabouts). So it looks like cusco are not quite as stiff as f-sport.

Here's a link to the Cusco website showing the stiffness % increase over stock for the IS250

http://www.cuscousainc.com/vehicle-r...&modelname=421

If you change the vehicle to IS350 the stiffness % increases are different. The IS250's Cusco sway bars are stiffer than Cuscos 350s. I don't know any other company that offers a sway bar set individually for the IS250 and IS350. All of them just use the same set.

What I find even stranger is how big the differences are between the stock IS250 sway bars front/rear and the IS350. If anyone knows the answer to this please do share.

The part numbers are the same for both front and rear regardless of whether you are buying for is350 or is250. If they were different stiffness you should see different part numbers. Perhaps you should contact Cusco for an explanation.
