I just installed a set of Megan ez's on my 07 is 250, I bought these used and my question is do these come new with hardware? For example a place to hold the speed sensor assembly as on the stock suspension ? Does a bracket exist for aftermarket suspension to hold parts like these in place?

Mine came with two black rings one per side that hold brake lines

The ez should have a little tab on them. I'm pretty sure when I installed mines 3 years ago, I didn't have to do anything extra to install them.
