Default Lowering Springs and Struts Combo

Hello CL!
I am looking to get springs and struts combo for my '07 is250 and was wondering what you guys prefer from what you have done on your rides... I want a pretty nice drop maybe 1.6" in the front. I am on 18's now after going from my 20's that were scraping like crazy... I am going to be getting my fenders rolled and was wondering if I needed to get the plastic taken out or heated/molded if I go this low and what would be a good combo for a nice comfy ride without scraping... I hear a lot of people prefer the H&R springs but they don't give much of a drop... So what would be an alternative and what struts are recommended...

Has anyone just gone with a complete set of coilovers? and do you recommend TEIN or the MEGAN EZ?
