what is the ride like with the teins, is it like a stock ride or will the car have a bouncy ride?

It rides great. I can hardly tell the difference from stock to tell you the truth.

Looks like the rear sits lower than the front with the Stechs...

Front... right after install... need to take a more recent pic so you can see them after they have settled a bit.

2 Finger gap front and back. But I have skinny Asian fingers. :P
