Default HELP diazen caster bushing issues

I've tried and tried and can not to seem to get my oversized looking caster poly bushings in. I put a lot of pressure on them with my 20ton press and they keep working themselves off center wtf???

I have a 98 gs400 and order full bushing diazen kit from nightmare tm. OK I think got f&$*$*d. After looking over a bunch of things I believe they sente wrong caster bushing for 00-05 not 98-99 though I stated mine was 98 when ordered. The beginning of the tapered edge of bushing is 1/4" larger then the whole and over 1/2" larger where it gets larger. Anyone know for sure if the 00-05 Caster arms are larger?

Yes the arms are different. 98-00 and 01-05 have different bushings.
