Welcome to CL. You're gonna have to do some leg work on this because its been discussed 1000 times. Use the search function and type in coilovers and see all the threads about them cal so look at the "sticky" on the 2IS at the top of all the threads on the 2IS main page. It lists SO many answers to questions you may have.

I would start with expectations first, before talking about budget. It's easier to justify the price you pay on something when you know what you gain/lose by paying more/less.

OP, do you prefer the ride you have now (comfortable, "floaty" feeling), or do you want it to handle better and feel more of the road?

If you're unsure, I'd recommend the BC coils with the 10/8 spring setup, as that would probably be a happy medium between the two. I think you can also do the Megan EZ coils if you don't want to spend as much.

My answer will be as vague as the question. Go with BC coils. Overall the best for any condition or any plans you do with it. 12/10 rate

I plan on going with BC Coilovers myself, heard alot of good feedback about them.
