I have supra brake calipers in the front wondering if my rims will clear? My wheels that are coming in a week or so are miro 398's 10.5 with 20 offset all around. Will I have any issues

It is really difficult to say if the wheels will clear or not. Spoke design is the most important aspect when clearing calipers, offset and wheel width, not so much. I saw some stock imagery of your wheels and the spoke design does look promising. I would be concerned with the area near the mounting pad as the spokes are closer to the brakes.

Spoke design or disc shape. I feel like no one on this forum knows much about low disc, mid disc, high disc and super low discs.

Op they will clear no problem someone had varrstoen TE reps and was running Ls4 BBK on here.
