No spacers. The pads just sit against the pistons and the pins go through them. You need the spring clips for it to be complete, you can get them at the lexus dealer or at a pick and pull. I got new ones from lexus and the longer bolts wasn't too bad really.

That little spring clip is so if your pins manage to shin there way out it won't completely fall off and cause a disaster. Don't know if this makes sense I'm very tired

any pics of a spring clip? I have those pieces that look like a bent to hell paper clip that goes through the holes in the pins once they pass through the caliper. that?
