Default Tein Street Advance coilovers bouncy after road trip

Hey Guys. So I have had my Tein Street Advance coilovers for a couple of months and just put some new wheels on. The ride has always been great. Was dampener at 10F/ 12R. Last weekend i drove to the beach 1.5 hours away. On the way back i noticed that the ride seemed more bouncy. I've noticed a huge difference. Now i went to 15F/ 15R and its a tad better but still bouncy. Does anyone know what my problem could be?

Do you want the ride to floaty over the bumps or stiff? Lower the rear dampening to start; try "8". With my BCRs I keep a 18/12 setting (out of 30 total settings) on my daily commute. It'll be bouncy over the small pitted holes in the road but will suck up the heavy hits on the large potholes, which I care more about.

I would like the ride to be more stiff. I originally had F & R at 8. Then gradually went stiffer till 12. Felt great over bumps. Not too stiff. But then after my little trip. It just feels more bouncy. Feels totally different, like something loosened or broke. Even just driving on the freeway and going over a couple bumps. It gets worse. If i put them back at 8. It feels even bouncier.

Tein are soft spring rate and bouncy not matter how stiff your damp goes. You best option is deal with it or change them to a different coilover. Cause my friend had tein on his isf and we maxed out the damper on stiff not to much changed.

I understand that but It was not as bouncy before. Then all of a sudden I noticed a huge difference on my way back home. I was wondering if maybe it could be the top hat since its the stock ones and I just hit over 100k miles.

Try "resetting" the dampening by clicking it back down to zero, and let it rest there over night. Then re-click back up to your desired setting. Report back.
