Default Lower Ball Joints Question

http://www.ebay.com/itm/LEXUS-GS300-GS400-GS430-SC430-98-05-LOWER-BALL-JOINTS-/370715055671?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Model%3AGS430&hash=item565056d637&vxp=mtr
Is this a good deal? My car has 172,xxx miles and yes the joints been changed once at 90k.

I've been looking on eBay for the whole kit but don't see any OEM just aftermarket. My car still rides really smooth and my kids enjoy the ride. I just want piece in mind while driving and not like something is gonna happen.

I found some on ebay and here is the link:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Upper-Lower-Control-Arm-Ball-Joint-Outer-Tie-Rod-End-Sway-Bar-Link-GS300-GS400-/350649393923?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Model%3AGS430&hash=item51a4552303&vxp=mtr
^^^ Want a kit just like this but in OEM.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lexus-GS-SC-2-Upper-Control-Arms-Ball-Joint-2-Lower-Control-Arms-BallJoints-/121033365245?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Model%3AGS430&hash=item1c2e2696fd&vxp=mtr
^^^ Not bad at all but the brand ANH is kinda odd to me.

What other site do you use? Thank you for the help CL!

The MOOG LBJs are considered higher quality than the OEM ones and they're only $33 each. The car should not ride any differently with aftermarket LBJs

Don't buy any of those kits.. Type in 500101 and 500102 in eBay and Moog will pop up, those are the ball joints part numbers left and right u need, under $80 shipped for both...

Yes, but you cn buy a grease gun with zerk fitting adapter at Harbor Freight for less than $10.00 and the grease from any auto parts place for $5-$6, if that.

Grease em every time u get an oil change....I just had Moog installed their great, their beefier than OEM, OEM is a known failing component on ball joints and should of been a recall.. I'd opt for Moog...

moog ball joints are repacked 555 ball joint made in japan (very good quality)
i bought mobil 1 synthetic grase (part #7070090) and grease gun (part #7070489) (good reviews, much better than $10 grease gun from harbor freight) and paid around $20 after discount code from advance auto parts (discount codes can be found on internet)

This!! But you will have some members who only swear by OEM lbj's. Please, I'll pass. I'm not buying anything that's been a problem for the GS models since 93. OP, buy Moog, end of discussion. Have any tire place grease it.

I think you are misunderstanding the benefit of the zerk port.

What's your next best option? None of the other options allow you to add grease at all, so even if you don't add grease to your Moog beyond the initial install you are in the same situation as the other choices.

If you say you are in a rush and get your oil changed at a "Lube, oil, and filter" joint then finally you can take them up that you have something for them to "lube". Or just ask them to do it when you get other maintenance such as when you rotate tires, brakes, coolant or whatever. This should be a nothing service, or at most a couple bucks.

If you get the Moogs, spring for some 90degree elbow zerk fittings, and use them in lieu of the straight fittings that come with the joints. It'll make greasing them when they're on the car MUCH easier!!

$6 well spent at any autoparts store.
