let the suspension fab begin.
Started to take the rear of the Lexus apart this weekend. Beginning to make jigs for the toe rod and traction arm so we can duplicate those links. Then have the rear upper control arm and bump steer kit to make as well once the first two are done.
just the beginning. hopefully making all the solid bushings after this.

yes i am battle version, figs engineering, spc, and megan some kind of arms or camber and toe adjustment kits. i would go battle version but thats a 1500+ route. im mechanically inclined have acces to a welder and have attend school for all this. one of my teachers makes control arms for prosches' that he ships world wide so i have some one to bounce questions off of if i have an issue. its a cheaper alternative and allows me to be able to do some fab work

pricing parts out. with out trying to get any kind of discount from school so far saving over half as what it would take to buy the links battle version or figs makes.

If you fab it yourself, you can literally make these for 1/4 or 1/5 the cost of buying pre-made. The cost of structural steel rod and the spherical rod ends really isn't that high. That piece you're trying to make there would probably cost around $40-50 if you use top quality materials.
