same thing happened to me in my old 5.0. cept i was flying down a block when it happened. then the **** who towed it ****ed up my fender -__- glad your alright though and no major damage to your car

You should be fine, ball joints nowadays are at a reasonable price.
Glad no one was hurt though.

Did you replace the ball joint your self? If so how long did it take you and did you go ahead and replace the strut and springs? How much did it cost for all the parts?

Lo and behold this happened again!! I'm a newbie to this car stuff but before the first incident ball joints were not a nuisance. Is this typical, changing ball joints yearly maybe even twice a year?? What else could be the problem?
