Got mine from Sewell. Ended up not replacing the rotors since they can be resurfaced.

I went with Adam's Rotors (supporting vendor) and the pads they offer. So far pretty impressed. If you are planning to stick with just a stock blank rotor then I would agree with what Gville said ^^
