based on all the reviews ive read they are both good
i personally own BC and can only speak for BC but between the two, BC is better priced, that might be a determiner of which you get.
My BC-R Extreme drop Kit goes LOWWW and is stiff enough that I dont scrape anywhere even though im considerably low.

i just placed an order for Bc's Br. extreme drop (20mm lower then your average bc) 14k front and 12k rears. i had a set on my 08 civic si and loved them. wanted to try stance but ended up with bc.

Regardless of coilover brand, if you have dampening settings and you don't dial it in right, it will not ride to your preference.
I rock Teins, but I will not knock on any other brands that I don't know about it. Find a friend ride there car ask them about it and make your educated choice.

I recently bought some stance coils from THmotors for a great price. Put them on, set the dampers in the middle of the field (8 clicks iirc), did a 4 wheel alignment, rode pretty good. Car was sitting about 1 finger above stock wheel on all 4 corners. Drove around for a bit, and they broke in. Rides like a cloud now. Love mine.
