Default Can I use F-sport shocks with regular springs?

So it appears that my shocks are not working properly after 40K miles and progressively ride is getting bad...bouncy and unable to absorb road cracks, esp at low speeds, and transmitting all road vibrations to the passenger cabin. Changed tires, played around with tire pressures, went to Lexus...nothing helps. Lexus says suspension is great. No signs of breakdown anywhere.

What are my options here?

Will changing the shocks help? If so, what shocks will work as good or better in terms of Luxurious ride quality?

F-sport, Tockico, KYB, ???

your help is much appreciated.

Thanks!
