SC400 Brakes

I just pick up a 98 SC400, and i just found out the front brakes are bigger on the 400 than the 300. In need of brake pads asap. Call EBC.for the "Green Stuff" but its going to be a 7-10 day wait. Is there any way i can order from a differnt Lexus or Toyota vehicle that got the same front brakes?
