Default non OEM rotors

What are the pros and cons to them? My mechanic says the OEM rotors will be approx $100 more than the non OEMs but that the quality is quite similar. Would like to hear some of you weigh in on this issue... Thanks!

OEM replacement blanks from Brembo, Stoptech, Centric, etc will work just fine, no pros or cons at all other than price differences.

Honest Bobs Ubercheap Rotors off ebay from China might be another story.
