Default Steering clunk

So this weekend I installed my coilovers and rims. Drove it for about 300mi alone this weekend no problems.

Yesterday, when I'm stopped and turn the while ex. trying to park. when I would move the steering wheel the car would make a clunking noise, and when I turn the wheel with my hand from outside I can sort of see that the wheel slows down somewhat when it makes the noise.

Now that I think of it my car made the noise before I installed anything, but it must be more noticeable since everything is at a different angle now and has more stress on it.

The noise is coming from the driver side of the car.

Does not do the sound when I'm moving or anything. Only when stopped.

Also recently replaced was the steering rack bushings, and the 7" power steering line from the reservoir to a hardline.

Thanks

I have a feeling it is one of these.

Today I noticed on my drive to work. (wasnt able to check them, since I work until dark)

Occasiionally my wheel would be turned/tilted more to the pass. side like if my toe was really bad, and when I would turn the wheel fast toward the driverside direction and bring it back. The wheel would line up perfectly fine and straight. If that makes any sense.

Also would like to mention that when my friend had it the alignment guy said the car was hard to align.

Default Clunking noise coming from right front corner.

I am having the clunking noise when turning, parking the car and over speed bump at slow speed.
Just did the lower ball joints about two months ago. It is only coming from the right front corner. The left is all quiet. I was able to drive over speed bump with just the left or the right separately.
I am just hoping the ball lower joint is not going the depart on me while on the road. Any suggestion folks.
