irl_car_parts is the ebay name of the fellow from Ireland that sells the carrier bushings. As of 4/10/13, he has 32 in stock.

I expect that it will take me a couple weeks to find time to install these but I will report my impressions here.

And acnup00tl, you may want to spend some more time reading through this thread (and other suspension threads) before spending any money. Your description is a bit vague and there's quite a few things that could cause clunking back there (i.e. diff bushings, trac-link bushings, broken shock mount, etc).

I listened to the clip of the noise you guys hear , and that's definitely not my problem This is a Loud Clunking sound , When I back up down the driveway it makes the noise and when I go up the driveway it makes the noise. Sounds like a monkey wrench hitting metal going up and down in the trunk.

i used irl_car_parts just like everyone else did but i sold mine and bought the FIGS one for a few reasons. main one is i like supporting our vendors, mike has always treated me right (even though im sure im worry some and a little annoying to deal with), i like his parts and trust him and two cause his inside bearing can always be replaced if needed much easier than having to push the whole bushing out again if it goes out or binds or whatever plus i prefer the spherical ends on things as they allow more travel in/around the corners which is where i always prefer (i need to hit the Dragon before i sell her)

irl_car_parts sources his from Dubai.

I'm surprised to see the vendors in the UK selling them for so much less than Ireland.

I just added 5 more sets to stock. We qualified FK bearing as an alternate supplier and they had stock. http://shopfigs.com/v1/LEXUS%20bushi...bearing%20rear

Mike,

Picture shows one bearing
QTY shows 1
Description states: Set includes 2-Bearings in bearing cups with retainer clips

Am I correct to assume that for $165 you get two bearings?

yes, 1 order = 1 set. I guess I need to take some pics with 2 bearings.

Just in case anyone wanted to know. I have had my figs bushings for around 10k miles. One trip was a 6 hour adventure to lovely New Jersey roads, ha. I love em and can't complain. I also have decent camber and wheels that are too damn wide

Those are the ones I ordered. They came in, in a reasonable amount of time. Did the install this past weekend. My old ones seemed solid...until I took the rubber boots off. As soon as the boots came off they were very loose and had way more play than the new ones. Everything went pretty smooth and so far so good.
