I just ordered some stock brake pads from sewell for my 07 is350 and they sent me gs430/gs300 brake pads... Are they the same? Will this fit on my is350?

Technically those parts will work and they are the "right" parts. However...

Front's, you really should look into the alternative low dust pad imo, up to you I went back and forth, going back to low dust.
High-Friction Pad Part# is: 04465-30410
Alternative Low Dust Pad Part# is: 04465-30400

Rears are as follows, I don't really believe you would run into an issue running the one you have, most likely they changed the compound material not the physical dimensions of the pad.
04466-22190 is listed for early 2006 models.
04466-53010 is listed for 2006.02-on.
