I know the GS350 front calipers are the same as the IS350 but what about the rears? I'm trying to source some parts, am new and just trying to get some general knowledge on the subject. I searched but didn't find much on it. Thanks.

 

im pretty sure is350 and is250 rear brakes are the same.

 

Nope, IS350 has larger, vented rotors and a different piston size. The IS250 (with the exception of the 2011 with Sport Suspension, and the IS250C) has solid rear discs. The IS250C and 2011 IS250 with Sport Suspension have the larger rotors from the IS350, but with the smaller piston size normally associated with the IS250.

Yeah I know for sure the rears are different, just not sure if the GS and the IS share the same rears or not before I pick up this whole set from a 2010 GS.

 

I found an IS350, I might just order the whole set from it instead in case the rears are in fact different.
