I recently checked my coilovers and I see grease/oil on the damper *****.
So i'm wondering if my coils are leaking? they only have 2k miles on them.
Because i do not believe that oil travels up the piston rod. So what can it be?

 

If they leaked it shouldn't be at the **** area. It may be something else, what color is it?

 

it looks like an off yellow. like cooking oil.
