taillights out, need help

Exclamation taillights out, need help

I have a 92 sc400. My tail lights dont work but the go one when I step on the brake. I have checked the fuses, they are all good. My stereo doesn't work cause that has a short, but don't know if that would affect it. I dont have any books or diagrams on the wiring or electrical. some one pls help cant be driving with out any tail lights.

in other cars... sometimes it could be the turn signal switch. trace the wiring for a break and double check the fuses again. Are those the original stoplight bulbs for the car? Sometimes theyll sell you the wrong bulbs and this can happen.

Ok, I had a very similar problem with the tailights, It was the driver side fuse side kick block, My fuse look ok, till we check that the wasn't making contact.. i had to kinda make modifications to make it work..
