this is my first lexus and first big mod other than exhaust..
Looking to get some coilovers for my 2010 is350..
currently I have rays that are 18x9.5 with a 38 offset
I was wondering if anyone could give me info on which brands the recommend and if im going to have to any fender mods to get this to work?

Fender mods may be necessary dependong on how low you want to go. Thats up to you.

What are you looking for , stiff ride, soft, ride, handling improvement, just height drop?
