Depending on where you live prices differ. $99 is about right for an alignment but make sure you get a print out. If they can't give a print out don't let them align it. Its important your toe is minimal.

Well guys... the install went very well. Installed my Tein "s techs" as well as the new steering damper from Lexus. All the kind folks at the shop agreed the car looked much better and should have came from the dealership the way it looks after being lowered.

I will drive the car around tonight and try to give exact impressions of the revised ride characteristics first chance I get. So far, the handling feels more buttoned down, definitely stiffer yet not uncomfortable, and definitely doesn't look like a 4 x 4 anymore..

Improvements from the steering damper seem much more subtle than springs, however the mechanic who tested my car said the wheel felt more stable / heavy. I'll need to pay closer attention to see if there really is a noticeable difference with springs and new steering damper.

Stay tuned for pics and further impressions sometime in the near future!

Stay tuned

A few more pics. Overall, I am pretty pleased. Excellent ride still yet no more unsightly gap.

Hmm wonder what next mod should be.

Black spider rims, tint, or better yet a car wash maybe? Suggestions welcome.

I think it's supposed to tighten up the loose steering to give it more sporty feel. Anyone care to chime in on this one? So far the effect is subtle, but definitely noticeable to me.

the first pic is stock right? the 2nd pic is with the tiens?

does the the drop appear to be even all around? I know the AWD's tend to have that uneven looking drop.

Correct.

I think the front rides about 1/2 finger higher than rear. Not really noticeable unless you look for it imho.

Thanks,
John
