The Eibach Pro-kit should fit your requirement. They'll lower your car about 1" all around. Another option is the Tanabe NF210 (GS3 and GS4 models are different). I liked them more than the Eibach/L-tuned, and they gave a nicer wheel gap all around. The Eibachs are around $260 shipped while the Tanabes are $235 shipped. Both are great springs.

instead of coilovers you can get springs. imo im not a fan of springs because after a month or 2 you'll get tired of the look and want to go lower. plus it would be ideal to upgrade the shocks with lowering springs.

definitely RCAs....easy install...and you keep your existing suspension too.

unless you have the tools and time to DIY, springs/shocks will cost you more $ to have a shop install them. Most springs/shocks combo requires you to keep your stock top mounts. Removing and re-installing them takes time. And time=$$$!!

I'd recommend front + rear RCA's. I spent over $400 on parts alone w/ springs/shocks, then another 2-300 for install. So maybe $700 to get dropped total? RCA's could do the same lowering for like $450.

I recommend RCA's for a stock ride comfort, but with the look of mild lowering springs at a decent price. Installation can be done yourself easily. Front is a piece of cake, while the rear take a bit more time but nothing major. Here is my car dropped with Sage 30mm RCA's all around. Later I added Exact front RCA's which lower the front 38MM instead of 30mm for the Sage, and even later I got a one off set from PHML a 40mm Sage. With the 38 and 40mm front RCA's the front gap evened up much better in comparison to the rear.

Anyway, here is a pics when I had the 30mm RCA's all around.

I recently did Eibach with KYBs too. Nice drop that keeps a clean uniform look without getting out of control. The ride is night and day also! Can't go wrong with this setup if you're looking for a modest makeover.

CK6Speed-that GS looks sick! I hate "overdone" mods with crazy wheels and drops. Yours looks like it should've come from the factory that way! Love the wheels too!

Wow, only $400 for springs AND shocks? How'd you pull that off? I spent over $700 on KYBs/Eibach and that was getting em cheap! What do you think of your TRD blue sways?? Im thinking of getting them next but I hear mixed things about them. Did you do sway links at the same time?

$400 is doable if you bought used springs. A few years ago, I bought a used set of L-tuned springs for $120 and new KYB shocks for $280.
