Unhappy Suspension suggestions

I was wondering if you guys can give me some suggestions on a suspension upgrade. I have done soem research and it appears that there are severa options. I know of Tein, tanabe, HKS, Bilstein, and H&R. I am talking adjustable types, as I want to reverse the stance(get rid of the front gap). If you guys can give me your suggestions(good-bad), prices and installed pics(would be great) if you have them. My goal is half the gap in the front as compared to the back and maintain best possible ride. OBTW, I am currently driving on stock is17's, but planning on 19" volks.

Thanks

Maintain the best possible ride?

Tein FLEX. Set the dampening to ZERO on both front and back. Do ALL height adjustment via the lower body of the coilover.

On the 19's, run a 245/40-19 all around or 245/40-19 in front plus a 275/35-19 on back...The S-03's are available in those sizes.

Manaray - Shouldn't be be running a 245/35-19 in the front and 275/30-19 in the rear if he plans on going with a staggered set-up?
