Default Rotor and Pad Recommendation

I'm looking for a good Rotor and Pads to replace my Rear Brakes on my GS 400. Any recommendations? I'm not looking for extreme performance, just decent brakes for average driving like the stock ones.

i don't think you should care too much about the rear brakes because it's biased towards the front.

Yeah, but they are 95% worn so I need to get them replaced. I'm looking at Ceramic Pads but I'm not sure what rotors to get, does it really matter? And I'm not even sure which Ceramic pads to get, it seems like EBC Redstuff have gotten pretty good reviews on this forum, but there are a number of other Ceramic Pads out there.
