Default Reseting bushing after coilover install?

Is it too late to reset the bushing after 1k miles on coilovers?

Also i remember someone posted a exploded view of the suspension with all the torque specs does anyone happen to have a link to that?
TIA

Too late? No, but the bushings have been hurting for a bit now.
