Default Suspension for 2000 GS400

Please advise on what suspension works / looks best on 2nd Gen GS - Considering Coilovers and Air Runners - Please advise on which brand and Why ?

You gotta be more specific. Do you want it dropped low?? You looking for performance? Or just an slight drop for aesthetic purposes? Whats your price range?

Plus theres tons and tons of threads out there about EVERY type of suspension.

Need a bit more info. on what you are looking for.

Just like whats mentioned above.


Coilovers for performance, bags for cruising and for the slammed look when parked.

Airrunner is known for high quality struts and reliability.

UAS is less expensive, and their problem with bags rubbing has been fixed with new mounts.

Coilovers are less expensive. But no height adjustability unless you also get the cup kit (Roberuta, Top secret, Platinum VIP have 'em).

If you want to have bags and performance, and have the $$$ then
Airrunner TC-5 might be an option to look into.
