Default Lowered My IS350 on H&Rs.

Had a good friend from front-runner motorsport come and do the install for free. Took about 1.5hrs.

Sorry for the crap pics as it rained today in Seattle. Overall the ride height is perfect for something on springs. No longer do I have that fist gap in the front its now about 1/1.5 fingers gap and the rear is about 1 finger gap.

Ride quality, I was amazed on how smooth it ran. Its just slightly stiffer than stock. Turning and cornering is much better, less body roll. I was expecting a really rough bumpy ride but its not too much different than stock. I drove over some of the bumpier roads in Seattle and it took it very well.

H&R's are deff the best looking drop for springs. I still like coilovers better (absolute control), but I like the H&R drop I had when I ran them.

Lookin good

I think they're sport springs. F 1.4" and R 1.3"
H&R also fit the awd too, you just have to get the awd specific one.

How's the ride compared to your stock springs?

Forgot about my own thread. Here are some extra pictures of it. Been over a week since the install and its holding up just perfect, just got to hit eveything with the impact gun then torque to factory specs.

Looking good, nice to see the car in non-rainy outdoor setting. ^^

Are you happy with the ride quality?

haha, yeah and it started to downpour 15 minutes after I took those pictures.

I am very pleased with the ride quality. My friends have H&R springs in their GTI's and M3's and the ride quality is crap compared to mine, I'm talking about bouncing around your seat in their cars. My car rides almost like stock but I do notice a slight "rougher" and stiffer ride on the deeper dips in the road. Other than near stock ride the handling ability is increased with much less body roll. Before, taking hard turns had me sliding in my seat but now I feel like im back in my WRX...almost.
