Default Tein rubber sleeves

Hey guys

I've had noise problems from the rear of my Eibachs and plan to put some Tein rubber sleeves. I was wondering if I can just jack up the car and put them on? Thanks!

I was able to put them on the Fsport springs without taking the springs out it was a pain but can be done. Of course its easier if they are out.
