Default Am I the Only One?

Am I the only one with REAR suspension problems? There's been tons of stuff posted about the front end and aftermarket bushings but absolutely nothing about the rear. My camber bolt bushings are shot and no one in the known world makes them. I finally went to a wrecking yard and found a fairly low mileage car and bought 2 complete rear spindles. But when I popped the dust covers off the camber bolt bushing, it was not like mine. It looked like a pillow bushing. Anyone familiar with those? I thought they were aftermarket(for racing) but the guy claimed the car was stock. Did lexus actually use these in a production car(2002-GS300)? They look like a ball joint with no rubber parts, so I assume it would be a very stiff ride. Can anyone shed a little light on this?
Thanks

That's what I thought. Maybe the guy who owned this car had the same problem I have and replaced his with the pillow bushings(heim).
Thanks

I just took this but it's hard to see around the inner sleeve. But if you look in there there's no rubber. It looks like a ball joint-metal on metal.

Lower control arm, I got it. But there's 2 bushings on the lower control arm. One on the inner side, that attaches to the body and another on the outer end where it attaches to the knuckle. My car has rubber in both stock bushings

And actually there are after market bushings for the inner one, but no one in the US makes the outer one. I did find a guy in England thinks he has one

Forgive me. Your absolutely right! It is a pillow bushing. I couldn't get a clear view of the one in my car because of the angle and mud build up. But sure enough they're both the same. I guess that's why there's no rubber replacement. One final question though, should there be any vertical play in that bushing. Thanks for your help.
