installed mine late last week...
opted for the 8/6k rate (softer) that comes with the "upper" rubber mounts. My goal was to lower the car an inch at max and to retain as smooth as a ride as possible.
so far, not impressed. i left my stock 16's with 225/55/16 so that I can make a more accurate comparison
i'll post up pics later. the springs look a little too compressed and i dont think i have enough shock travel. The ride is a little bouncy
my current settings are 10/7 clicks.
After raising the rear springs about 4mm, the ride improved in the rear. considering doing the same for the front. I initially didn't mess with the upper rings because from what I gather, they come preset from BC.
My current ride height is around stock, around 27.5inchs from floor to top of fender - figured i would let it settle before making final adjustments.

Try 15/15 clicks. GS4_Fiend has that setting (same spring rate too) on his car and he says its smoother than his previous NF210 setup. Having the damper set too soft will cause bouncing action as there is not enough damping to control the motion.
If you wanted a smooth ride with only 1" drop, you should have gone for the L-tuned or eibach springs and save a bundle. They ride very close to stock

I'll msg GS4_Fiend and see if he can take measurements so I can compare setups.
I got my set for $900 shipped.. so, I figured for a few hundred more (plus the ease of install of coilovers) it was an easy decision
