I started my car (1999 GS 300) and with no apparent cause the following warning lights appeared: BRAKE, VSC, ABS and VSC OFF. There is a high pitched sound (warning indication?) coming from the dashboard that is not apparent under the hood. The VSC button is not working. The parking brake is off. The power brakes do not work.

I think this must be a fuse or relay problem. Does anyone out there have a guess as to what might be wrong?
