Default Sway Bars

Ive got a 2002 gs 300 and its got so much body roll in the corners that it feels like its on 2 wheels. I didnt really wanna dump alot of money into a coilover setup and also 70% of my driving is highway and i really enjoy not getting shook up on my drive home. So the sway bar seemed like the best option, but i heard that it does not fix the problem that much, is this true? also any suggestions on what i should do? thanks guys

get some new shocks as the next step or at the same time...

but if you're paying the labor for shocks, you may want to consider new springs as well.
