Tein Silencers

I have been trying to locate a place where I can order sliencers for my IS350 , tried Swell and Tein.com no luck. Can anyone help with a webside where I cam purchase the sliencers.

what are these silencers for? im thinking of ordering the Tein CST is this something i should get before i get everything installed?
