Default front VS rear suspension

I've read a lot of info here about Daizen bushings for the front suspension but I've got 2 questions: Do they offer anything for the rear? And secondly, if you stiffen the front bushings but not the rear, wouldn't that change the whole dynamics of how the car handled? There would be much more play in the rear but not the front. And a follow up, what bushings tend to wear out on the rear and cause a harsh ride?

Thanks a lot.
