Default Brake pulse problem.

I am having a problem with brake pulsing. I have change the rotors and pads so it shouldn't be a either of those. I noticed that the slide pins were different on one of the sides. One of them had a slight D profile and the other three were round. Has anyone else noticed this? I'm not sure which one is OEM and which is aftermarket and whether it makes any difference.
