yeah, after installing supra tt brakes and as visible those 19" g35 wheels are, I'm like, "Dang it! Not big enough to fill in the gap..." hahaha... kept looking and imagining the is-f brakes and rotors on my ride... I would love to see how this project turns out...

To answer your question no it doesn't hit anything. barely clears!!!.Clarence is minimal

As you see here VVVVVV. I can move top of the caliber down some

Alright guys this is where I'm at with this project. As you can see when looking at the pic, there is some lost of pad contact.Because I had to float the caliber a little higher then I originally planed,so that the ends of the caliper won't touch. And the reason for this is the radius of the caliber itself, remember the LS caliber are made to clear a 12.5 inch rotor. So today I spent a few hours at the machine shop and made some adjustments to the bracket. And now I /we are waiting for the new bracket.Ultimately I had to move the top mount hole in a .10 of an inch. And that will minimize pad lost.Bottom line guys I was almost ready to give up on these calipers for this rotor upgrade. But I've been getting PM's from some of you, and it has made me go back to the drawing boards.Sorry this is taking so long but with my work schedule and getting the machine shop to take the time out to help me .Well, you know how that's been going..Next Monday I'm off work, and my buddy Joe said he'll have the new bracket done for the last and final fitting.

Default Knowing what I know now. I went ahead and started to do this

Much easier to make a bracket for and they look so much prettier. You guys can pick them up on Ebay cheap.Don't worry I'm still going to finish the LS/TT brackets and run them for a while.Just to make sure everything works Thank everyone.....

the supra tt held a record 70-0 braking distance of 149 feet, the best braking performance of any production car tested. the record was finally broken in 2004 by 3 feet by a porsche carrera gt.

from what ive gathered on various corvette forums, z06 brakes avg about 160 feet stopping distance from 70mph. will that make a huge difference to the avg person? probably not. in any case, the z06 calipers are really nice looking.
