I'm assuming you mean the rotors are rusting. The only way to get rid of that is to drive it, and if the car sits outside for an extended period of time, they'll rust again, not much you can do unless you put wheel covers or a car cover on it.
they will rust, if you don't want rust on the outer edges buy after market zinc plated rotors, so they always look good. other then that the rotor surface will rust if it is not driven
