about Tein HA

Hi everyone

Can anyone tell me how many clicks of the Tein HA for the front and the back is the best for a comfort ride? And how much would an used(1 month) Tein HA worth now?

used items' prices are hard to judge...based on buyer/sellers' individual case...the new on is ~$1050...so if it is in good condition, I would consider it for ~$750...
