Default Noise after installing Tein Flex.....Seating spring??

I just installed a set of Tein Flex's on my 01 GS 430 and I am hearing a lot of clunking noises especially from the front. After searching I read a post with a very similar issue and is was described that more than likely the springs are seated incorrectly. The problem is I have no idea what that means because I assumed the springs would seat themselves when the car is lowered back to the ground. Can someone tell me how to seat the springs correctly and how I would know if the springs are seated correctly? I appreciate the help. Thanks.
