Default TRD Sway Bar Question

i just recently installed my sways this weekend, and today i decided to take a look at my sway bar from under the hood. i notice that the black ring that comes mounted on the sway bar is not flushed with the bushing. it is approximately around half an inch to the left. should i have any concerns? i'm wondering if the guys at TRD did not align the black ring correclty, as the other side of the bar looks fine.
