awesome write up!!!
and good thing you got an alignment, I was gonna say you desperatelly need one if you're only on L-Tuned springs and the tires have that much camber wear in the first pic.

I really don't care about the harshness but yeah, when I installed the coilovers, it really surprised me how skinny the sway bars are and I'm starting to get used to the coilovers and been wanting something more stiff for body roll...I may have to consider this mod.

Does anyone make longer end links for lowered cars?

Why aren't you or anyone else upgrading the end link first before the sway bar? seems like the end link is the weak link.

^ because most people don't drive hard enough to worry about snapping end links

there are aftermarket end links for the 2gs application. just search.

What I'm trying to say is, upgrading the sway bar shouldn't yield any benefit when the weakest link is the end link. I know I'm missing something here.

The endlinks will still hold up enough that the sway bars will make a difference. If you already have STIFF springs, then you're not putting as much of a load on the endlinks. Now if you have OEM suspension, then I'd be worried about the links bending.

Are you saying the Sway bar has a lower tensile strenght than that dinky end link? Is the sway bar made out of plastic?

The links aren't that weak

There have been a few people who've snapped their rear sway bar while the endlinks were still perfect. On the other hand, there have been some people who have bent their front endlinks. If anything, the front needs to be upgraded more than the rear just because the front bar is BIG and STIFF relative to the rear. But for most people, the endlinks will hold up to most driving conditions minus track-style driving.

I see... members should upgrade front sway and end link. rear link should be left alone unless damaged - but use bigger rear sway.

That's what I would do. My previous rear TRD sway bar was slightly bent when I took them off, and the TRD bars are one of the stiffest bars available for the GS. I'd be impress if someone snapped the front bar

I'm installing my Daizen's tomorrow...I'm still confused about how the rear bar comes off the endlink, but I asked awhile back and was told there's an allen bolt hole inside the stud that need to be held while loosening the nut... I digress.

What's all the business about installing a bar the wrong way and the speed sensor cable? Upside-down or something?
