i'm a car buff, not a car mechanic. so my question is, will an aftermarket brake set-up affect on our EBD system? i'm interested in a new caliper set and wondering what the negatives on that system (the EBD) would be.

NOTE: the question is not about drilled or slotted rotors or BBK vs. stock on a 250.
