Default DF210 or NF210 springs

I need springs, which would you choose?

Everything stock right now.

Depends. With DF, tires may touch fenders, but it probably looks better.

The thing I'm worried about is that with the NF's it might not be enough of a drop and with the DF's it might be too much of a drop, I know Coilovers would solve my concerns but I can't afford to go that route. I just want a clean looking GS.

Hey Silver, as BlackGS says, it all depends. I have 18's and I would need the DF210's. I really don't want that super low look because I don't want any part of the tires touching the fender at all. I too don't wanna go the coilover route.

But can you or somebody answer this one question, should I be concerned about rubbing if I drop the car using DF210's and putting on the stock wheels and tires let say for winters.

Depends what you're looking for. I have the NF's and they ride great. Just like stock w/o the floaty feeling. But sometimes I wish they dropped the car a little more.

find a set of Espelirs, the best of both worlds, nice drop and the spring rate is the closest you get to stock. I thought I saw a set in the classifieds recently. I love them.

How much (or should I say how many mechanic hours) would it typically cost to get new springs as compared to crossovers installed at a reputable shop?

I am interested in dropping my gs as well since I have a set of 06 GS 18" wheels coming in.

Thanks!
