Wayne,

Just doesn't look right. The red doesn't go with the color of the car. Probably any other color car this would have looked fine. I think you should go with Black instead. BTW...when are you going to come out to Chic-Fila at Dulles on a Friday evening? I'm still the only one there with a 2IS, but plenty of IS300's.

Take Nokes Blvd off rt 28 and hang a right at the 1st light and you will see Chick-fil-A next to Lowes

Exact coordinates are:

39 01' 29 N
77 25' 32 W

My problem with this is the same one I have with so many rims I see on cars. The wheels tend to take over and all you see are the wheels. To me chromed out, huge rims and colored brakes distract rather than compliment the overall look. When I look at any stock IS I see the car not just the wheels. All the parts have to work together to provide balance rather than over power the rest of the car.

The worse offenders in my mind are those blokes who drive Chrysler 300s. They stick 20/23 inch rims and all you see is a chromed out 'covered wagon'. All wheels and NO car. Ugly, ugly, ugly......

But hey, you like it, you enjoy it and the heck with the rest of us.
