Default More steering problems... bigger noises this time

Hi, i need help finding out whats wrong with my car. Whenever I'm not moving, and i turn the wheel left or right, a horrible screeching sound comes from the driver side wheel.

is this my lower ball joint? it sounds like metal scraping metal.

Screeching noise might be your serpentine belt slipping, although not sure why it would come from the wheel. The power steering pump is on the front passenger side of the egine, that's where that sort of noise would come from...

I don't think it sounds like a slipping belt. More like metal on metal contact. Like rusted metal. Its raining bad here so I can't look at it now.
