VSC lights on!!
Took my 98 GS in for a front end alignment today. When I picked it up both VSC lights were on. The mechanic said he didn't touch anything that would affected skid control. The switch on the console will not turn them off. Any suggestions out there as to how to turn off the lights please.

If your battery was low...that might cause problems. I had a few times when I would accidentally run my battery down, and after I started the car the 3 warning lights would come on. I just pulled the batt for a few secs and it reset itself.
Other than that, your mechanic might of damaged the speed sensor...you better hope not because those are $$$ to replace. Or in his case he might have to pay for it if you can prove the damage was caused by him.
Third note, it might just be an aligment issue of the sensor. Maybe he knocked it with a tool or something that caused it to shift out of alignment. The alignment i'm talking about here is for the sensor....not the actual car's alignment.
I hope you find out the problem asap!
